Table2Farm was a special even for foodies and farmers alike. My friend Jamie Davis, culinary prodigy, head chef at Birdhouse Friend Chicken, and Cafe Berlin, in Columbia, Mo., organized this unique pop up restaurant concept. Table2Farm, brought the farm table, the carefully prepared ingredients, and the culinary tools to the source of so much local Missouri food - Three Creeks Produce in Boone County, Mo.
The Columbia, Mo. food scene is thriving and this farm to table pop up is was an excellent display. Wine glasses were filled with each new course presented to the table decorated with fresh cut flowers from Three Creeks Produce. The Table2Farm dinner lasted well after the sun went down.
It was so much fun to bring a handful of my passions together while documenting this event, as well as enjoy watching the success of my friends.
